Thank you to everyone who attended the April 15 community dinner. We estimate that 250 meals were served.

The ORCSD Child Nutrition team outdid themselves serving a feast made with local ingredients. Each meal included a roasted pork loin or grilled Mediterranean chicken options, side salads (Garden and Caesar), primavera pasta, Israeli couscous, green beans almondine, a beverage, and dessert.
Mast Way, Moharimet, Oyster River Middle School (ORMS), and Oyster River High School (ORHS) students and staff were in attendance to talk about sustainable projects they worked on this year and their respective sustainability clubs.
Several community members and organizations supported the event and were present to share sustainable practices and educational content.

- Chief Operator Matt Collins from the Town of Durham's Wastewater Treatment Plant explained the town's efforts to protect public health and the environment.
