A student-designed poster from the ORMS Sustainability Club promoting the winter clothing swap.

The Oyster River Middle School (ORMS) Sustainability Club is hosting a winter clothing swap to give students the chance to update their wardrobes while cutting down on waste. Students and staff are invited to bring gently used winter clothing (pants, long sleeves, sweaters, sweatshirts, hats, mittens, jackets, snow pants, boots, etc.) to their team pod areas between January 5th and January 22nd.
The swap will take place on Friday, January 23rd during the school day, and the team with the most donations will earn exclusive early access to the swap the day before. The swap is an excellent opportunity for students to clean out closets, reduce waste, and share resources across ORMS.
