Dear Oyster River Families,

My entry plan journey in this first year of my ORCSD superintendency has given me the chance to listen carefully, learn more about our schools, and connect with many of you.

Together, we have identified important strengths within our district, as well as opportunities to grow. I want to sincerely thank everyone who took part in our Community Conversations and World Cafés this year. Your input is invaluable as we shape our way forward.

The important work of creating the district’s next five-year strategic plan is underway. This plan is a team effort involving Oyster River students, parents and guardians, faculty, staff, administrators, and community members all working together to set clear goals and priorities that will guide our district’s future success.

I truly believe that by working together, we foster an environment where every student can flourish, and I would be thankful if you considered contributing your voice.
