Career and Life Planning

The following information is for families who currently have a student at the Oyster River High School with an Individualized Education Program (IEP).

The transition process at ORHS is designed to provide students who have an IEP with services based on students’ needs beginning when the student reaches the age of 16. Transition Services should address needs related to reaching postsecondary goals. Areas of need may include: pre-employment, education, community participation and independent living skills if deemed necessary from an annual transition assessment.
